October Return Eyed for Global Village Dubai 2026 Season 31
The outdoor seasonal crowds across Dubai are getting ready to trade their indoor routines for evening strolls as Global Village prepares to fire up its engines once again. After wrapping up its 30th season on Sunday, May 31, 2026, and heading into its mandatory summer break due to the extreme heat, the massive open-air destination is gearing up for its next chapter.
What to Expect When the Gates Open
According to the Global Village website, Season 31 is expected to open in October 2026, though an exact launch date remains unconfirmed. For families mapping out their weekend plans, the mid-October window matches past pacing; Season 30 kicked off on October 15, 2025.
When the park swings its doors back open, visitors will find the familiar massive footprint waiting. The grounds host 30 pavilions representing over 90 cultures, anchored by architecture inspired by global landmarks. If you are heading down for the rides, the Carnaval zone packs more than 200 games, attractions, and rides. Food choices stay extensive with 200 to 250 dining outlets on site, split between roughly 24 multicultural restaurants and cafés and 170 to 200 street-food kiosks. Shoppers can sift through more than 3,500 retail outlets.
Entry tickets traditionally start at around Dh25, keeping it one of the emirate’s more accessible seasonal outings. The team behind the destination is expected to drop the official calendar and opening date in the coming weeks.
