Former Champion Sets Deadline for Third Clash With Ukrainian Rival
Addressing the situation on social media, the 38-year-old fighter confirmed he has abandoned negotiations with Joshua after 11 years of rivalry, publicly calling on Usyk to agree to a third bout in November 2026. Fury directly challenged the Ukrainian champion to confirm whether he intends to fight again this year or retire, stating that he is actively searching for a new opponent.
Usyk remains the only boxer to defeat Fury in professional competition, having earned decision victories in both of their previous heavyweight encounters.
