25 UAE Hotels Earn Top Honours as Atlantis The Royal Retains Three Keys
Palm Jumeirah’s landmark resort, Atlantis The Royal, has retained its position as the country’s sole Three MICHELIN Key property as the 2026 hotel selection officially rolled out across the Emirates.
What the New Hotel Ratings Mean for Local Stays
The updated hospitality guide includes 83 UAE properties across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Liwa Desert, and Ras Al Khaimah. Among these, 25 properties received key distinctions, while 58 properties entered the broader recommended selection.
The recognition breaks down into 19 One MICHELIN Key locations, five Two MICHELIN Key resorts, and one Three MICHELIN Key establishment. In Dubai, Two Key distinctions went to properties including One&Only The Palm, Bvlgari Resort Dubai, and The Lana, Dorchester Collection. One Key properties span urban and desert destinations alike, ranging from Mandarin Oriental Jumeira and ME Dubai to desert retreats such as Al Maha, A Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, and Bab Al Shams, A Rare Finds Desert Resort.
According to MICHELIN Guide International Director Gwendal Poullennec, the global hotel rating system added 470 newly distinguished establishments worldwide this year, driven by hoteliers focusing on personalized and experiential stay concepts.
