Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed launched Nad Zabeel, Dubai’s Future RDI Campus, on Sunday 1 November 2026, with Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, witnessing the announcement. The campus is in Zabeel Park, within about 1 km of Burj Khalifa, DIFC, the Museum of the Future and the Dubai Frame.
More than 30,000 scientists, researchers and entrepreneurs are expected to take part in its programmes and events each year. The Dubai Future Foundation will oversee construction and operations, which are to be completed within five years. Work will cover artificial intelligence, robotics, advanced technology, urban technologies, and health and environmental technologies.
Nad Zabeel is an incubator within the Dubai RDI Ecosystem and supports the D33 Economic Agenda. Participants will include universities, technology companies, investors, start-ups, government entities and bodies developing future legislation.
