A Dubai Invite: Host Checklist for Residents
If you registered guests for A Dubai Invite, a few practical steps decide whether the rewards come through. The programme rules and dates are in our main guide to how A Dubai Invite works. This page is the short checklist for hosts.
Before your guest travels
- Confirm your guest was registered on the official programme platform before registration closed in early September.
- Your guest must arrive between 20 July and 31 October 2026 and enter Dubai directly from outside the UAE.
- Check your guest’s visa type and length of stay. If you need to apply for a family or friend visit visa, see the 48-hour Dubai visit visa guide.
After they arrive
- Arrival is verified through GDRFA Dubai. You do not need to submit the entry stamp yourself.
- Look out for the benefit package within 72 hours of arrival.
- Each resident can unlock up to three verified benefits, one per guest party.
- Redeem every voucher by 31 December 2026. Read the booking rules on each one, because hotels and attractions set their own terms.
If something goes wrong
- If the package has not arrived after 72 hours, contact the programme through the channel you registered on.
- If your guest needs more time, extension fees apply. See visit visa extensions.
- Overstaying costs a daily fine. See the overstay fine guide.
