90,000 Applications Force Early Closure of Dubai Guest Perk Initiative
📣 ARTICLE HEADLINE
Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism officially closed registrations for the ‘A Dubai Invite‘ initiative after total application volume surpassed 90,000 requests. The closure caps off new submissions from local hosts, though international guests who were successfully registered prior to the cutoff retain full access to their travel perks upon arrival.
Approved Visitors Must Touch Down by October 31 to Unlock Perks
More than 30,000 benefit packages have already been distributed under the initiative, which expanded its operational capacity threefold alongside participating industry partners. Eligible visitors who were registered before the deadline must land directly in Dubai from overseas by October 31, 2026, with entry verified through a unified process managed by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs. Successful applicants will receive their digital benefit vouchers within 72 hours of guest arrival. These perks, covering partner locations such as W Dubai Mina Seyahi, The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina, IHG Hotels and Resorts, Aquaventure Waterpark, IMG Worlds of Adventure, and Careem transport rebates, remain valid through December 31, 2026.
First rolled out on July 20 to align with the UAE’s Year of Family, the campaign was designed after nearly a year of planning between government authorities and private sector partners to target the emirate’s visiting friends and relatives sector.
