Trio Marks 50th Anniversary Before Presenting Top Drama Prize

During the appearance, Smith remembered Fawcett, who starred as Jill Munroe in the original 1976 line-up alongside Smith and Jackson, noting that her late friend continues to live on in public memory years after her death. Fawcett departed the show as a regular after its first season, leading to Ladd joining the cast for the second season as her character’s younger sister, Kris Munroe. Fawcett later died in 2009 at the age of 62.
