Bachelor’s graduates of a top-100 university outside the UAE can be nominated for a 10-year Golden Visa if their cumulative GPA is at least 3.5 and they graduated no more than two years ago. The Abu Dhabi Residents Office sets out these conditions for its Abu Dhabi Golden Visa for university graduates, and the federal programme run through the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) applies the same ranking, GPA and two-year conditions.
The university must appear on the top-100 list recognised by the UAE education ministry; the Abu Dhabi Residents Office publishes that list as a PDF. Applicants submit official transcripts showing a final GPA of at least 3.5, the bachelor’s certificate and an equivalency certificate issued by the ministry, which attests the degree. The nomination is made through the Abu Dhabi Residents Office on the TAMM platform or through ICP.
