5-Year Visas Issued as Invitation-Only Dubai Access Club Launches
The General Directorate for Identity and Foreigners Affairs, Dubai and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism unveiled full operational details for the Dubai Access Club on November 5, 2026. Frequent international travellers and corporate delegates nominated by select launch partners will receive an invitation-only five-year membership paired directly with a five-year multiple-entry tourist visa to streamline return travel to the emirate.
Invitation-only membership pairs long-term entry with retail and travel perks
Eligible visitors who activate their membership following visa approval gain immediate access to citywide privileges provided by programme partners. Confirmed members receive GDRFA Dubai’s ALSAADA Tourist Card for promotional rates across local venues, alongside a pre-loaded Majid Al Futtaim gift card for store and destination use. Nominations for the programme are routed through initial corporate launch partners, including Emirates, Accor, and Visa, with future phases slated to add hotel upgrades, airport lounge access, and early event booking windows.
The initiative supports the broader targets of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which focuses on expanding strategic private-sector partnerships and increasing long-term visitor engagement across business and tourism sectors.
