St. Kitts and Nevis Scores 78 Points to Lead 14 Evaluated Jurisdictions
St. Kitts and Nevis earned 78 out of 90 points across nine evaluation pillars and registered a perfect ten in due diligence, while Dominica scored 75 points to take second place overall. Grenada, Antigua and Barbuda, and Saint Lucia secured the remaining top-five spots, with Nauru placing sixth and São Tomé and Príncipe holding tenth ahead of Egypt, Austria, Jordan, and Cambodia. Researched by independent consultant James McKay, the report highlights that pending regulations under the Eastern Caribbean Citizenship by Investment Regulatory Authority could soon mandate that investors spend a minimum of 30 days in their country of citizenship within their first five years.
The annual index was established in 2017 to measure global citizenship frameworks across regulatory transparency, due diligence standards, investment thresholds, and processing timelines.
