UAE Events Visit Visa: who can apply and how it works

The UAE Events Visit Visa is a temporary entry permit for people attending conferences, exhibitions, summits, festivals and similar events. The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) introduced it, and GDRFA Dubai has explained how it works for events in the emirate. You cannot apply on your own: the event organiser must get a participant quota approved and sponsor you.
