The DubaiNow government services platform consolidates public and private services into a single ecosystem. Available via app and web, it integrates with authorities like the Dubai Police, Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and Dubai Land Department (DLD).

Users can renew driver’s licenses, check traffic fines, register rental contracts (Ejari), track visa applications, and access health records. Businesses also use it for trade license renewals and employee visa management.

By centralizing services, DubaiNow enhances efficiency, reduces bureaucracy, and positions Dubai as a leader in digital governance. Its role will expand as Dubai moves toward a fully AI-powered government by 2031.
