Ajman Unveils UAE's First Agentic AI for Trade Licenses
Ajman has launched the UAE’s first Agentic AI service for proactive trade license renewals. Local businesses in Ajman are set to benefit from this initiative, which aims to enhance the business environment and aligns with Ajman Vision 2030 for a more agile government. The Department of Digital Ajman is leading this effort, introducing a headless government service model that automates the trade license renewal process and coordinates approvals across entities.
The launch of this Agentic AI service is part of the government’s efforts to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support the business community. By leveraging artificial intelligence, the service streamlines the renewal process, reducing the need for manual intervention and minimizing customer effort. This move is also in line with the UAE’s national AI strategy, which aims to accelerate the adoption of AI technologies across various sectors.
The Agentic AI service was launched on July 23, 2026, in Ajman, UAE. This initiative is expected to have a positive impact on the local business environment, making it easier for companies to operate and thrive in the emirate. The government of Ajman, led by Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, and Sheikh Rashid bin Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, is committed to supporting the business community and driving economic growth through innovative initiatives like the Agentic AI service.
