Ajman Unveils UAE's First Agentic AI for Trade Licenses
Ajman has launched the UAE’s first Agentic AI service for proactive trade license renewals. The Department of Digital Ajman is leading this effort, introducing a headless government service model that automates the trade license renewal process and coordinates approvals across entities.
The launch of this Agentic AI service is part of the government’s efforts to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support the business community. By leveraging artificial intelligence, the service streamlines the renewal process, reducing the need for manual intervention and minimizing customer effort. The Agentic AI service was launched on July 23, 2026, in Ajman, UAE.
