Red Line Stop Renamed Garmin Metro Station Under 10-Year RTA Deal
Dubai Metro’s Red Line station previously known as Onpassive was officially renamed Garmin Metro Station on September 7, 2026, following a 10-year corporate naming rights agreement. Public transit commuters and daily rail passengers riding the Red Line network will see updated audio announcements, digital signage, and map branding across the system.

Garmin Metro Station marks the newest branding shift on the Dubai Metro network, where directional maps, smart ticketing systems, and station signage are being updated to reflect the change. Transit passengers boarding at or traveling through the Red Line stop will encounter revised station voiceovers and updated digital route guides across the train fleet.
The station previously carried the commercial naming rights of tech firm Onpassive before the Roads and Transport Authority finalized the new ten-year partnership on Monday.
