Pop superstar Lady Gaga and her fiancé Michael Polansky have welcomed their first child together in the United States. Global media outlets and industry observers confirmed the arrival as the couple maintains strict privacy regarding the new addition.

Representatives for the 40-year-old musician, born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, and the 42-year-old entrepreneur declined to disclose the child’s name, sex, or exact birth date following months of limited public appearances.
The couple began dating in 2019 before getting engaged in early 2024. Public sightings of the pair became sparse after Gaga concluded her global concert tour, The Mayhem Ball, which wrapped in April after 86 performances spanning nearly nine months. Aside from an appearance in Los Angeles in May and a brief fan encounter in Northern California in August, the couple stayed out of the public eye leading up to the birth.
Gaga had previously discussed her intention to start a family during an interview in March 2025, expressing readiness to become a mother alongside Polansky.
The birth marks the first child for both Polansky and the Grammy-winning artist following their 2024 engagement.
