Smart Police Stations Set for MBRHE Residential Areas
Residents living across MBRHE-managed neighborhoods in Dubai won’t have to head out to traditional service hubs just to handle routine police tasks much longer.
Bringing police access right to your doorstep
Dubai Police and the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment have officially joined forces to bake Smart Police Stations directly into local residential communities. Announced under a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding, the initiative targets both current and upcoming housing developments managed by MBRHE.
The agreement was locked in by Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, alongside Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, CEO of MBRHE.
For people living in these clusters, the shift means cutting out the commute to standard service centres. Instead of carving out time to visit a distant facility, residents will find digital and automated policing infrastructure integrated closer to home.
Lt. General Al Marri noted that the approach moves past the old model of waiting for customers to show up at a desk, aiming instead to weave essential government services smoothly into everyday neighborhood routines as the city expands.
The partnership is rolling out across MBRHE’s portfolio to tighten local security and make day-to-day life a bit more straightforward for families settling into these developments.
