14,000 Dubai Firms Get Direct Training to Run on Agentic AI
Private sector firms across Dubai are gearing up for an operational shift as Dubai Chambers rolls out a specialized training drive for more than 14,000 local companies. Operating through the newly launched Dubai Chambers Academy learning platform, the initiative brings practical skills directly into commercial operations, targeting how businesses manage daily tasks, make strategic decisions, and drive growth.
Direct Workspace Upgrades Across 14,000 Local Offices
The training delivers hands-on instruction through the Dubai Chambers Academy, focusing on how software tools can handle complex workflows, elevate decision-making, and boost employee output. Designed under directives from Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, the rollout aims to embed technological capabilities straight into the city’s commercial sector.
Rather than keeping technology as an abstract concept, the coursework targets immediate workplace functions. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, noted that the system is built to manage complex tasks and unlock fresh commercial opportunities by translating raw software capabilities into practical business applications.
Beyond desk-level instruction, the broader framework introduces business incubators alongside support pipelines for firms actively building or deploying software agents. To manage these efforts, Dubai Chambers has established an Executive Committee for Agentic AI to help local companies adapt to global technological changes.
The capacity-building drive aims to strengthen Dubai’s position as a hub for the digital economy and future industries by embedding AI agents directly into everyday business routines.
