Zone 599T Active: Daily Fees Now Apply Across Al Furjan
Public parking across designated sectors of Al Furjan now carries a metered fee as operators expand coverage across the neighborhood. The newly designated spaces, officially grouped under Zone 599T, bring regulated parking controls directly into the community.
Daily 8am to 10pm Window Reshapes Community Stops
Parkin has introduced paid public parking across the Al Furjan cluster under Zone 599T, setting active operating hours from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. To assist residents and regular commuters managing daily stops, subscription options have been made available for vehicles using these newly covered spaces.
Across the wider emirate, public parking schedules managed by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) shift during seasonal periods like Ramadan to run from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 12:00 midnight, Monday through Saturday. That split schedule ensures two unmetered hours around Maghrib prayer time, while multi-storey parking facilities maintain continuous 24/7 operations.
Motorists parking within Zone 599T must secure active parking tickets or valid subscription permits during the stated daily operational hours.
