Five Arab Information Ministers Head to Dubai for Major Media Summit
Dubai is set to host international delegations and government officials as the Arab Media Summit 2026 convenes in the emirate from September 15 to 17. The gathering marks the largest edition in the event’s history, drawing top sector leadership directly to the city.
Regional Media Leaders Convene in Dubai From September 15 to 17
Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, the summit brings together key government ministers to examine technological changes across the industry.
Confirmed ministerial participants include His Excellency Diaa Rashwan, Minister of State for Information of the Arab Republic of Egypt; His Excellency Dr. Khaled Zaarour, Minister of Information of the Syrian Arab Republic; His Excellency Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Al-Noaimi, Minister of Information of the Kingdom of Bahrain; His Excellency Paul Morcos, Minister of Information of the Lebanese Republic; and His Excellency Dr. Mohammad Momani, Minister of Government Communication of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Their discussions will focus on digital platforms, artificial intelligence integration, and media adaptation amid ongoing regional geopolitical and economic shifts.
The summit brings senior regional and international figures together in Dubai to shape future industry strategies across three days of talks.
