Search for UAE Jobs on a 120-Day Self-Sponsored Visit Visa
Searching for Work in Dubai Without an Employer Sponsor
You can enter Dubai and search for employment directly on the ground without needing a local company to sponsor your entry first. GDRFA Dubai issues a single-entry job exploration visit visa designed specifically for foreign professionals looking to meet recruiters, attend in-person interviews, and build local networks.
Instead of applying for positions remotely, eligible jobseekers can select an initial stay of 60, 90, or 120 days. If you need additional time to finalize an offer, the stay may be extended up to a maximum of 180 days total, subject to regulatory approval.
Qualifying Criteria and Degree Requirements
Degree-holding professionals eyeing managerial or skilled technical roles must meet standards set by MoHRE. To qualify under this route, you must hold at least a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and the job category you seek must fit into MoHRE skill levels 1, 2, or 3.
Recent university graduates have a dedicated pathway that opens the market early in their careers. If you graduated within the previous two years from one of the world’s top 500 universities according to recognized international rankings, you satisfy the visa’s education criteria.
Candidates across all applicant categories may also be required to show proof of sufficient financial resources to cover their living costs while searching for work inside the UAE.
