Dubai Land Department Integrates Full Ejari Services Into DubaiNow App
Dubai tenants can now register, renew, and cancel rental contracts directly through the DubaiNow app following an enhanced service rollout by the Dubai Land Department. Local renters managing housing procedures can also activate and settle their Dubai Electricity and Water Authority utility accounts within the same digital ecosystem.
The consolidation brings core tenancy administrative duties and essential municipal services into a single interface. Previously handled across separate touchpoints, contract management and utility provisioning now operate concurrently to streamline residential moves across the emirate.
The Dubai Land Department designed the upgraded feature set to minimize administrative friction for residents establishing new households or renewing existing leases. By embedding these processes into the existing application infrastructure, the authority reduces processing hurdles for property transactions citywide.
