DXB faces heavy traffic July 3‑5; Emirates tells flyers to add three‑hour buffer
Dubai International Airport (DXB) will see a surge of passengers from July 3‑5, 2026.
Longer queues and tighter gate cut‑offs at DXB terminals
Emirates asks passengers departing from DXB in that window to arrive three hours before flight time, clear immigration no later than 1.5 hours prior, and be at the boarding gate one hour before departure. The airline also urges travelers to complete online or mobile check‑in to shave minutes off counter lines.
