Pay Sharjah Government Fees Online or In Person With Jaywan Cards
Sharjah residents clearing administrative bills, official permits, and local service fees can now use the UAE’s national payment card across every Tahseel channel in the emirate. The Sharjah Finance Department has completed the rollout of Jaywan card acceptance across the official Tahseel website, smart application, and physical service centres, allowing government charges to be settled either digitally or at counter locations.
National Payment System Added to All Tahseel Outlets
Residents paying for government services in Sharjah now have access to a dedicated domestic card option alongside established payment methods. The system update applies equally to remote users logging into digital platforms and visitors completing transactions at physical customer service counters.
The integration has been building momentum since the platform processed its initial national card payment on September 20, 2025. According to figures from the Sharjah Finance Department, more than 558 transactions were successfully completed using Jaywan cards across Tahseel channels by the end of the first half of 2026.
Huda Al Yasi, Director of the Financial System Department at the Sharjah Finance Department, highlighted that making the card available across all system channels enhances the diversity of national payment solutions while improving collection efficiency for government operations.
Jaywan card functionality is active and available immediately across all Tahseel digital platforms and physical customer centres in Sharjah.
