Emirates has ruled out any job cuts and is pressing ahead with recruitment across its 103,000-strong workforce. Despite regional turbulence, Deputy President and Chief Operations Officer Adel Al Redha confirmed that the airline never froze recruitment and anticipates needing close to 20,000 operational staff between now and the end of the decade.
The push targets pilots, cabin crew, engineers, technicians, and airport services staff to match an aggressive calendar of aircraft deliveries. Network demand across Dubai has remained consistent with expectations, and flights continue to operate to schedule without booking slowdowns or disruptions tied to geopolitical tensions.
