Skip the Station: 4 Dubai Police Services Available On The Go
You do not need to wait in line at a police station to report a minor bump or log a complaint in Dubai. Dubai Police runs an On The Go initiative with nearly 2,000 service points across the emirate, giving residents access to essential services at petrol stations and through smart digital platforms.
The programme began with just five locations. Today you can handle four non-emergency services without stepping into a station house.
1. Report minor traffic accidents at petrol stations
Drivers involved in minor collisions can complete the accident report at a local fuel station. The service is available at autopro, ENOC, ADNOC and Emarat stations. Getting the report filed on the spot gets you back on the road faster and gives you the paperwork your insurer needs. Our step-by-step guide to filing a minor accident report at a fuel station covers what to bring.
2. Have lost-and-found items delivered
Recovered lost property can be delivered to your location. Instead of driving across town to collect an item, you can request dispatch to your door.
3. Submit cybercrime reports through the smart app
Digital offences and internet fraud can be reported through a dedicated smart app. Victims can upload details and evidence from their phones, which creates an instant record without an in-person statement at a police desk.
4. File worker complaints remotely
Employees can register workplace grievances and labour complaints through On The Go channels, without taking time off to visit a station.
The verdict
With service points at autopro, ENOC, ADNOC and Emarat stations plus app-based services, routine paperwork becomes a quick pit stop. For minor accidents, lost items, cyber incidents or labour filings, use the nearest service point or the app before heading to a police station.
