November is when Dubai shifts from summer heat to outdoor season. Official climate figures for the UAE put the mean November maximum between 29°C and 32.1°C, and the mean minimum between 18.8°C and 21.5°C. Both are around 4 to 6 degrees lower than in October. That makes it a good month for parks, waterfront walks and the seasonal attractions that have just reopened.
What is the weather like in Dubai in November?
| Measure | November range |
|---|---|
| Mean maximum temperature | 29°C to 32.1°C |
| Mean minimum temperature | 18.8°C to 21.5°C |
| Mean relative humidity | About 57%, highest in the early morning |
| Fog and mist | Occasional, mostly on calm, moist mornings in coastal and low-lying areas |
These ranges come from National Centre of Meteorology climate data for the whole UAE, so a given day in Dubai can differ. Check the daily forecast before you plan a long outdoor day, and drive carefully if fog is forecast for the morning.
Which seasonal attractions are open?
| Attraction | Season | Ticket and hours |
|---|---|---|
| Global Village Season 31 | Opened 14 October 2026 and runs for more than seven months, until May 2027 | Dh25 on weekdays, Dh30 on weekends (Friday to Sunday) and public holidays. Open 4pm to midnight Sunday to Wednesday, and until 1am Thursday to Saturday and public holidays. |
| Dubai Miracle Garden Season 15 | Reopened 8 October 2026 for its 15th season | General adult entry from Dh100, UAE residents with Emirates ID from Dh70. Open 9am to 9pm, last entry 8.30pm. |
| Burj Khalifa observation decks | Check the official site for current hours | At the Top is on levels 124 and 125, about 456 metres up. Tickets and slots are on the official ticketing site. |
Prices are those announced at the start of each season and can change, so confirm them on the official sites before you buy. Buy Global Village tickets only from its official website, mobile app or gates. Our card on fake Global Village VIP packs explains what to avoid, and the Season 31 opening card covers the new rides and parking changes.
Hypothetical example: two adult visitors spend one weekday at Global Village and one weekend day at Miracle Garden. Global Village on a weekday is 2 x Dh25, or Dh50. Miracle Garden at the general adult rate is 2 x Dh100, or Dh200, so the two entries total Dh250 before food, parking and transport. If both were UAE residents with Emirates ID, the garden would be 2 x Dh70, or Dh140.
How to plan a November day outdoors
| Time of day | Good fit |
|---|---|
| Morning | Waterfront walks such as Al Seef, and golf at courses like Emirates Golf Club and Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. Allow extra time if fog is forecast. |
| Afternoon | Souk Madinat Jumeirah, indoor stops or the Burj Khalifa decks. |
| Evening | Miracle Garden after sunset, or Global Village, which opens at 4pm. |
- Book timed tickets, such as the Burj Khalifa decks, on the official ticketing site rather than from a street seller.
- Use public transport for crowded evenings. Our guide to Dubai Metro QR tickets shows how visitors can ride without a nol card.
- Coming from abroad? Check tourist visa processing times and the 5-year tourist visa rules before you book flights, and see which airlines are returning this winter.
