Esaad Card Discounts Dubai Reaches Hamdan Scholarship Students
Students stepping into the third cohort of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme have just picked up a handy perk for their university routines. Dubai Police‘s Esaad Card Centre and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) inked a memorandum of cooperation to bring Esaad card discounts straight to these scholarship recipients.
The agreement was signed during the orientation day for the latest cohort, setting students up with access to savings across a wide range of daily essentials and lifestyle sectors.
For students balancing busy study schedules across local campuses or heading abroad, the card unlocks exclusive offers in commercial, tourism, entertainment, healthcare, and education fields. Whether it is sorting out healthcare needs or handling routine expenses, the discount network spans participating companies both within the UAE and internationally.
Colonel Salah Al Marzouqi, Director of the Esaad Card Centre, and Dr Amna Almaazmi, CEO of Growth and Human Development at the KHDA, signed the memorandum. The signing took place in the presence of Her Excellency Aisha Miran, Director General of the KHDA and Chair of the Steering Committee of the Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme. Both organizations noted that the partnership reflects the vision of the UAE leadership and the strategic priorities of the government, placing people at the center of development.
The agreement expands the reach of one of the city’s most recognized discount programs directly to high-achieving learners as they navigate their academic journeys.
