Scholars get Esaad Card discounts in the UAE and abroad
Students in the Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme will receive Esaad Card benefits under a memorandum of cooperation between Dubai Police’s Esaad Card Centre and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), announced on 13 September 2026. The memorandum was signed on the orientation day for the programme’s third cohort.
What scholars can use it for
The agreement opens offers and discounts from participating companies and institutions in commercial, tourism, entertainment, healthcare and education, both inside the UAE and internationally.
Who signed
Colonel Salah Al Marzouqi, Director of the Esaad Card Centre, and Dr Amna Almaazmi, CEO of Growth and Human Development at the KHDA, signed the memorandum. KHDA Director General Aisha Miran, who chairs the programme’s Steering Committee, attended.
About the programme
The scholarship selects 100 high-achieving Emirati students each year from government and private schools across different curricula. It has a total budget of Dh1.1 billion over the coming years and forms part of the Dubai Social Agenda 33 and the Education 33 strategy.
